Adding few more options(phone number, residence, place of birth) to NFCPassportModel. I know these are very small changes, but it is my first time contributing. I hope my code is fine. I am gonna dive more into this and if I can help anyhow I would be more than happy to contribute, cuz this helped me a lot and this is the least I could do.
