M17 Support #140

Hello @AndyTaylorTweet 👋

I've been working on the support for M17 in the past weeks.

I've have something that works, I'd like to contribute my work upstream.

This MR only covers the web interface, my patching system is described here and it consist in replacing /var/www/dashboard, /usr/local/sbin, and /usr/local/bin with my forks.

Please let me know what do you think, and how can I assist you to get this merged.
