Look at Jolt.

Static and dynamic colliders/layers
Add components for RigidBodies and Colliders
Ragdolls connected to skeletons?

Closing this info for now, Jolt has been implemented as a backend for the PhysicsSystem. Currently no ragdoll support and quite a few performance related TODOs left, will open tickets for those.
