What nymphemeral exactly does (and doesn't) as a nym client #5

As it was noticed by @HulaHoopWhonix, discussed on #3 and on a ticket on Whonix's Phabricator, clarify (on the docs and the README) what nymphemeral can or cannot do, regarding nym server types, Mixmaster and in general it's features as a nym client.
