Parts of the phone number and address for the top contact is cut off at lower resolutions, making it hard for users to read.

At lower resolutions, text like the tag and date is cut off, making it hard for users with low resolutions to view the content.
In the above example, Bernice Yu's tag is cut off, and the address is unable to be read
