Decision for Severity
We agree with the severity as it is very unlikely someone will want to undo a toggle but rather they will want to undo something that modifies the data in the application.
Decision for Bug Type
We agree it is a functionality bug, in terms of description provided by the tester as the undo command does not track the toggle command.
Decision for Response
However, we feel that in our user guide we mentioned in the user guide that the undo command does not remember commands that does not modify the address book as shown in the image below.
In addition if we look at the toggle command it also specifies that the application does not save the user preference thus, the address book did not get updated, in terms of data or even the user preference when toggle is executed.
Therefore we feel that we should reject this documentation.
