Hi, How do you process the data of Brats? Input it into model by slice？May I have your datasets.py and preprocessed data? I'm looking forward to your replying.

Hello, thanks for your interest in our work! We extracted images from BraTS 2018 using an image-read function in the SimpleITK library, slice by slice. Unfortunately, due to personnel changes and rearrangements in the lab, finding these files is no longer possible. Here are the codes we referred to: https://github.com/ChoiDM/BraTs I hope it helps.
