errors- missing file #4

im getting errors for a missing file :Kerbal Space Program\KSP_win\GameData\WildBlueIndustries\001KerbalActuators\Plugins/PluginData/KerbalActuators/VTOLControls.cfg . if anyone could could find out where this file exists. it may be causing crashes on my KSP game.

Does it actually have those two differently-aimed slashes in the message, or was that a typo?

I just pulled the message from the ksp.log file.
