soy-20100426.jar contains duplicate LICENSE and NOTICE files #21

Just downloaded the latest jar file (soy-20100426.jar) and, for some reason, it 
contains three LICENSE files and three NOTICE files (in root). This breaks the 
build in Eclipse, rendering my project uncompilable. The error given is:

Error generating final archive: duplicate entry: LICENSE

Check out this screenshot where file-roller is showing the multiple entries. 
I'm not sure how this is possible, but apparently it is:
