Small issue with Fixpack copying a thac0.2da file #5

I noticed the main Fixpack component is adding it's own thac0.2da, but the mage line ends at level 30. Judging by the rest of the file this is unintended, and other mods (even unrelated ones like TA's XP cap removal) may inherit this.
