Hide Preview/Experimental comands

There are a couple of commands that need to be hidden/disabled in the CLI because they are either not stable or it is outside our control to make them work.

Describe the solution you'd like Hide/Disable

• perla test
• perla show <package>
• perla search <package>

Show/Search Will be enabled/deleted if work in #110 gets completed Test will be enabled when #75 is completed
