create closing beneficiary entity for catching and logging the EndowmentClosed events
Link to the closing endowment via closingEndowment field
linking to beneficiary wallet/endow records for lookups on those records (ie. For what closed Endowments is a given User/Endowment listed as the Final Beneficiary on?)
