upgrade devbox, pnpm, mocha, superagent and typescript #32

Progressive and continued grooming of development tooling and packages.

  1. Upgrade of devbox to 0.10.5.
  2. Upgrade of pnpm, nodejs, docker packages defined in devbox.json.
  3. Upgrade nodejs dependencies of typescript, mocha, @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin @typescript-eslint/parser in ts-mountebank root, project and integration-tests directories.
