iPhone Browser won't open - asks to send an error report.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download
2. Install
3. Run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a box with my ipod files in but instead i get "iphonebrowser 
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any 
inconvinience." and some other text in a box below it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iphone Browser v1.91, v1.93, v1.93 featured. Windows Xp

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried downloaded all of the 3 downloads at the top on this site, they 
all give the same error. Do i need itunes for this? Any help greatly accepted.
