Program will not open in winxp 64bit #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on winxp 64bit sp2
2. Open program on winxp 64bit sp2 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should open. "Error!" message pops up. "An error has occured during 
load. The type initializer for 'Mansana.MobleDevice' threw an exception.. The 
program will n ow exit, sorry. Please report this online."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.93 Sep2009

running in compatability mode under properties will not work as well.
