Manzana.MobileDevice exception #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows XP pro
2. iphonebrowser 1.9.3
3. installed program, ran program and got error message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the program to run
An error message stating "An error occured during load. Error text: The type 
initializer for 'Manzana.MobileDevice' threw an exception..  The program will 
now exit, sorry. Please report this online."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.3
Windows XP professional Service Pack 3
