error during load. The type initializer for 'Manzana.Mobiledevice' threw an exception. The program will now exit #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Program crashes on start up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to start and get to original screen.  Instead it crashes 
on startup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.93.  It does the same thing on Iphone 4 with IOS4.1 and with 3G with IOS 3.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Using 1.93 on iPhone 5 using iOS 6.1
