Could not copy file with unicode name #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag & drop a file with unicode name to application screen
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result: did not see anything
Expected: copy successfully

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 1.9.3.0
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
When change unicode name to normal name (without unicode character), the 
application work fine.
