What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug iphone into computer
2. Started iPhonebrowser
3. System shows thinking hour glass

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
see root files, computer thinking

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhoneBrowser (v1.9.3.0)

Please provide any additional information below.
