Can you create a page where the plugin can be translated?

I want to help translate it

im not sure if the plugin need translation because the commands can only be used by who has permission. And players have one job is go to the portal

But it would be nice if it were in Spanish because there are many Spanish-speaking servers (Spain, Mexico etc)

so you want a translate for the commands that only be used by who has permission.i think those guys should properly know some english
