Specify IndieWeb endpoints #74

Adds support to specify IndieWeb endpoints #73

I used the config that was specified on the Indigo Feature writeup

It will default to the indieauth endpoints which is what it was doing.

Thanks for opening this PR! I need to do some testing tomorrow to confirm that everything works as expected, but I don't foresee any problems here. 🙂

I haven't set up micropub/sub or webmentions anywhere (yet!) to test those additions, but they look like they should be fine. I'm okay with merging this into master!

The only thing left to do is add these changes to the changelog, under "Unreleased" — want to take a crack at that?
