Improved how seasons and episodes appear in titles for ert extractor. #30

Made some changes in the title in the ert extractor:

When there is no season information, "season 1" is assumed. This allows for the season portion of the title to always have a value.
When the season or the episode are 1-digit long, a "0" (zero) is prepended

These changes allow for more intuitive file naming and -additionally- allow for proper file ordering in all operating systems.
