Miner Block #26

Work on creating the miner chest in-game. Along with some abilities in-game such as:

Picking up a pickaxe from the chest Digging in random places

Finished the miner block basics, now working on making the miner go to the block

Enabled path finding. The next project is to pick up the pickaxe

I got it to remove the pickaxe from the chest, but I am unable to get it to put a pickaxe in the miner's hand. I will push the current code to see if anyone has a way of doing it while I try to figure it out myself.
