The alchemist assists the player in potion creation. The player must first teach the Alchemist a potion. They do this simply by giving the Alchemist that particular potion, this potion is consumed in the process. If the Alchemist already knows it he should not consume the potion and say “I already know this potion”
Once the Alchemist knows a potion, he can make it for the player. The player must provide all the necessary ingredients (Glass bottle, nether wart, redstone etc etc.). They must also provide 1 potion of the potion they want him to make.
This goes into a custom GUI with a single slot for the desired potion. The GUI also has up to 10 inventory slots for ingredients.
The Alchemist will then make as many potions as he can from the ingredients provided. (note the desired potion added is not consumed, it’s purely there to tell the Alchemist what to make."
