Chrome 23 Windows - 'Toolbox has crashed' #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Chrome browser

or 
2.Reload 'Toolbox' extension

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chrome Toolbox starting correctly. 

Instead message box in bottom right:

"Chrome Toolbox (by Google) has crashed.
Click this balloon to reload the extension"

Also 'reload' causes extension to crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bits
Chrome: Version 23.0.1271.64 m
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) 1.0.32

Please provide any additional information below.

Behaviour started after upgrade from Chrome 22 today.
Worked seemlessly before Chrome 23.

Found workaround/solution, Microsoft EMET finds exception (?).
