Can't build Pin Tools #3

Hi,

I've been using the Docker image and followed the steps listed here: https://github.com/AngoraFuzzer/libdft64/blob/master/INSTALL.md But the make command doesn't seem to work because none of the tools are created. After running 'make' in src/ and 'make tools' in tools/ only obj-intel64/ is created.
