Add repair items to materials #1394

This is simply for potential compatibility reasons with other mods.

I also changed the tool material name for lurker tools to "lurker_skin" from "bone", which was probably an unintentional bug. Not sure what to do about dentrothyst shields, since they have two possible repair items.

Not sure if this would impact anvil recipes showing up in JEI etc. though
