8 years ago Gonna make some of the Artefacts for the first release now. Will make 6 Jewelry, 8 Manuscripts, 4 Weapons and 4 Statuettes in total. If someone could implement a feature to keep track of the artefacts collected? Maybe a pop up when you find a new one saying: You found (insert artefact name here). (7/22) artefacts found. or something.

To give the players more stuff to do and to reward the players we will add collectables. The sets of collectables will be focused on different aspects of the game, such as hunting, foraging, combat, looting and roaming.
Right now we will add:
Fossils: Will have different types to classify them.
There will be about 24 pieces or more and they will all have their own unique model. Most can be found underground by mining, but some can also be found in trees, in the form of amber fossils. I am still unsure if we should generate them as normal blocks, and reveal the model/piece upon purifying it, or if we should have the models generate fully in the blocks.
Artefacts: Will also have different types/categories.
Some of them could also have unique models, and some (like weaponry) could be like items, placable in item frames. For manuscripts I imagine them being placable like paintings (except for the randomness). Artefacts are to be found in dungeons.
Special Mob Drops: Maybe only for neutral and hostile mobs, since it is a combat collectable. There are no real categories to this as the drops are mob related. So it could either be a skull, beating heart, staff or anything related to the mob.
Trophies: Trophies are placeable collectables with a unique model to them. They are obtained through completing achievements. Read the Achievements issue for more info on that.
