Radial menu texture #240

The texture doesn't have to use the same layout and can also have a totally different resolution, but it needs

Ideally the border textures should wrap around

Hmm... what look were you thinking of? I like Len's celtic-style thing he has going on. Also, simplistic or nay?

I don't know, probably something that goes better with the Betweenlands theme if possible

Ok, well this is done now really. As I said before I may tweak bits.
