entering portal makes screen go black. #386

when i enter the portal my screen freezes for a bit then loads. whole screen stays black but i can hear the sound. eventually it shuts down my server when i start to press a bunch of keys is it supposed to do this or am i just having issues. i dont know if theres a crash report or anything but i found this one from a bit ago and i havent crashed really any other time or come close to a crash so imma assume this one is for this. Can someone please help this mod looks super cool and i just wanna be able to explore that new world. Its not an issue with my world because it does the same on a new map as well. im running 1.7.10 btw the latest version as of feb unless a new one has recently been released for this version, Thank you

quick up date doesnt crash game ignore that what definitely happens though is the screen goes all black. i can here me breaking dirt, going to pause menu but the whole screen just goes black.

Set "Fast Renderer" to OFF in OptiFine or if that doesn't work disable the Betweenlands shaders in the config.
