Update Meta-Ros #31

Hi,

Any chance that meta-ros can be updated to the lastest rc2? I need mjpeg-server which needs cv-bridge and just updating meta-ros seems to break. Its not able to find boost_python. Even though other recipes that need boost work.

the v2013.06 branch was updated to include all that

I noticed the setup scripts are for 2012. Will it be updated for 2013 or if I change branch should it work?
