Rename `interval` argument #13

Placeholder issue for ideas on better names for interval.

I was thinking that the term 'near-optimal designs' is really what this about outputting. So perhaps something like near_optimal_range or near_optimal_margin or something might work? Happy to workshop it a bit as I'm not entirely sold on it yet!

I feel like near_optimal_range and near_optimal_margin still describe the output better. What about something like optimal_level or optimal_span (taking inspiration from geom_smooth() names)? Not sold either
