perfect correlation #17

Warning: Error in fi_pool_cluster: correlation = 1 (perfect correlation) means that units from the same location are prefectly correlated. Do not use cluster surveys in this case.

Will disconnect from server if encountered. Similar issue with #14, where correlation is not reset after changing settings.

Or, add warning for when correlation = 1

Fixed ages ago with the UI validation (rho=0.5 max)
