Update Analyse tutorial for genera #28

https://github.com/AngusMcLure/PoolTools/commit/97b9e15849e8e6914750f6322e676a57f4a56cc9 adds new data Genera.* that includes a genus column, derived from SimpleExampleData.*.

Need to either update or write a new Analyse tutorial that incorporates genera.
