its build error can you guide me how to resolve that error

bash build-openvpn.sh Copying <net/route.h> from iPhoneSimulator Building without ccache configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in . "."/.

try build with armv7 armv7s arm64 not iPhoneSimulator

Currently, i encounter also the same problem on mac os. Although, i try re-install libtool, automake, autoconf but it is not resolved. Please kindly help me.
