Update config.plist for battery patch #7

Expected that the battery gets patched by this change. Copied from https://github.com/seven-of-eleven/Lenovo-ThinkPad-L13-Yoga-Hackintosh/blob/9f43cf7987477b3435e4264e09e71e0b20a3bc56/EFI/OC/config.plist#L105.

The above patch did not help run the battery. Have to search for another way.
