Created a navbar that allows users to navigate between sections of the website.

Thanks @kchinna for contributing to this project. I like the idea of having a navbar but something more minimal that goes with the simplistic design of this template. Also your solution doesn't account for mobile screens.

Please don't change directly in the main.css(minified) file, rather use the .scss files.
