fix bug: after logging in, "portrait" icon, username and triangle button do not appear in the header until app is relaunched
align portrait icon, username and triangle button to each other vertically
move triangle button closer to edge (same distance from edge as portrait icon)

Bug is fixed in 1bfb978bc9f663f1d17d55e81d8ffc600f9df0bb, still need to fix alignment/margin.
