Branched off the main-dev branch 11/2/24.

Re did the branch for this. The original branched seems to be branched off main and not main-dev. This branch is off main-dev on 11/3/24.

Added logging to Prism_Fusion_externalAccess_Functions.

Added logging to most of Prism_Fusion_Functions. But still needs logging in the Image import sections and 3d sections.

Still need to add logging to ImageRender and RenderGroup.
