[BUG] Variants don't work correctly #273

Describe the bug When exporting a model in v1.3.1 the variants do not apply with the commands they are all the default variant.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Load v 1.3.1
Export a model with variants
In game use the apply variant functions
Nothing happens

Expected behavior Changes variant with the command.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux
Version v1.3.1

Also experiencing this issue, using v1.3.0 in blockbench. Users in discord said that the issue could be fixed by exporting in v1.2.0 and copying over the correct exported files. ([PackName]\data\animated_java\function[namespace]\zzzzzzzz\apply_variant and [PackName]\data\animated_java\function[namespace]\apply_variant)
