Describe the bug
During the quest Downtown (m1013), you bargain with three workers. in AGS, you can talk to them, and can make a deal, but you can't haggle. Making a deal makes the worker dissapper, but no quest progress is awarded.
Notes:
It looks like it is really close, though. In main grasscutter, you can't even interact with them, but in ags, they have dialog and everything.
