add bleach season mapping #344

I have found quite a large amount of things I want to fix in the list, but I'll try to keep it to small PR:s to conserve everyone's energy (including mine).

First out is season mapping for Bleach; since the new season is mapped to season 17 and not absolute ordered I wanted to map the past seasons as well. I also mapped in a special that wasn't available before.

A wild episode 99 appears in a season with only 6 other episodes. TVDB sometimes, I can't even ... 🤦‍♂️
