add more mapping of specials #349

I'm not 100% sure about the picture drama for Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate; but I think it's fair to point all anidb picture drama specials to the one and only picture drama special in tmdb.

It's either that or map just the first one and let the other episodes "dangling".

Grouping them all together has one disadvantage: Plex (ASS\HAMA) will put them all together as alternative files for the same episode and you can't really pick which one to play. Dangling will at least keep them as separate entries letting the user play them individually and populate the metadata manually.
