Update documentation regarding comma separated values in tmdbid/imdbid attributes #358

A proposed documentation update after the discussion in #356.

"not available on TVDB" isn't necessarily true, many Movie\OVA entries are present on all 3 databases. The movie-series wording can also be misleading, and also confusing right before the warning to not use TMDB series IDs.

mm. The goal with this documentation update is to:

  1. Document that the movie IDs could be a comma separated list
  2. Give good guidance for when to map stuff to multiple movie IDs

What about something like this then:

themoviedb.org/imdb.com id. Only used for one-off titles like movies or series of movies (where each episode has it's own themoviedb.org/imdb.com movie id). For movie-series the attribute should be a comma separated list of IDs for each movie in the series. Do not map to themoviedb.org TV-series!
