Fix Pokemon series season and specials mappings #375

This should give a complete mapping for the main pokemon series entries. Diamond and Perl has two more episodes in anidb than in tvdb (recaps that only aired in japan) which is why the season mapping is a bit messy. At least it's much better (and more accurate) than it was before :slightly_smiling_face:
