WebGUI/Telnet gone after Auth is most common practice in my country on stock ONT.
however, it's very uncommon for PON Stick to lose access WebGUI and Telnet after Auth complete, PON Stick only have one LAN interface via SFP pin and have br0
pointed to eth0
only to mimic 4-port ONT.
I guess the stock kernel who responsible for driver of those hardware still follow OLT rules,
perhaps you buy this instead: https://leolabs.pl/ont-leox-lxt-010s-h.html
troubleshooting UF-Instant can be very time consuming, if you like to learn and willing to take a risk of bricking, no problem
Hello,
My setup: VIVACOM Bulgaria's fiber line originally goes into a locked down Nokia G-2425G-A. I rooted it to get it's config 1 and all network options. Not sure what GPON module is built into the G-2425-A exactly, but I know it uses an EcoNet/Mediatek EN7528 SOC or EcoNet/MediaTek EN751221. The ISP offers seperate Nokia G-010G-P ONT's which act as media converters instead of the whole 4 in 1 setup. But you need a "business use case" to get one. I have acquired a used one but have not rooted it yet. To replace this setup I am using a Ufiber Instant flashed with this 3 mod. I have copied over as much info as possible to it. As well as setting my router settings to be as close as possible to the original when it comes to vlan's, dhcp settings, etc. 4. I also set the PLOAM/SLID on my old router to be the same as the default one on my Ufiber (ASCII 1234567890), it works on the old one.
My problem: I reached a point with the configuration where I would get what may have been a fake O5. I set some more OMCI parameters and now when I connect the ISP's fiber line it breaks any existing telnet connection and seems to change the authentication to no longer accept admin:admin. The telnet port is still open and accepts usernames and passwords, I have tried the user/password of the old ISP's ONT, and some other ones, but none of them work. When I disconnect the fiber line the admin:admin user/pass works again, and indeed when checking the configuration with flash get SUSER_PASSWORD it set to "admin".
My questions:
Or should it be on the openWRT router? The dhcp client and DHCP vendor class options are setup on the openWRT router.
Here is the output of flash all on the new ufiber instant: diff.txt
This is the bulk of the info I scrapped from the old isp provided module (No clue why SLID shows up as 0000... In the UI it is set to 1234567890): old.txt
Thanks in advance for any info.
