Stress testing done by uploading the same layer 9 times near-simultaneously from 9 different user accounts. 2 layers were succesfully uploaded, while the remaining 7 users all received one of three possible error messages. I do not believe it is an error to upload the same layer with the same metadata multiple times as error 2. may suggest, but in any case the server produced inconsistent results
