Minor Issues with Gallery Affix #5

capture When the gallery page on the St. Thomas webpage loads, the affix position selected by default is the second element, Oath Taking Day. As the page starts scrolling it gets back on its track, but the initial position is faulty on the page load. Clicking links on the affix land close to the desired location on the webpage, but fail to bring the title of the event requested at the top. The accuracy of the navigation is only approximate.

We must also try to remove the affix-bug-workaround.js, and make the affix via the code n nd make the affix via the code in the Bootstrap library.

The default position problem has been solved. The First item is now the default item. It was just which element has the active class initially in the HTML document.
