🐞[Bug]: Validation in Make an Appointment Form and contact Form #284

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

1) The Validation is not done for appointment form and contact form 2) No Back button in doc.html 3) Map width is to large

Expected behavior

1) Proper validation for all input fields in Appointment and contact Form 2) Add a back button or instead of using new doc.html use the bootstrap modal in home page . when cliked on book appointment to doctor. 3) Reduce the Map width and make it center
