Where have you added this

Srujitha-Raghava commented 5 months ago

I haven't added it yet mam,but i have an idea, After Signup or Registration: Thank You Page: After users sign up for an account or complete a form on the site, redirect them to a thank-you page that includes an option to subscribe to the newsletter if it is okay i will work on it or else suggest me where to add this mam @Anishkagupta04!!

Anishkagupta04 commented 5 months ago

rather than feedback we can have loyalty program in which when user register for opd or for any health checkup he she gets voucher on discounts or say off on medicine

Srujitha-Raghava commented 5 months ago

Unlike feedback mechanisms, a newsletter is used to share information and engage our patients on multiple levels. It provides regular updates on our project’s progress, offers educational content such as health tips and wellness articles, and promotes our services and upcoming events.

While the loyalty program you suggested is an excellent idea for encouraging patient visits and promoting retention through direct rewards, Newsletter can serve as a platform to highlight the loyalty program, encourage participation, and share success stories, further enhancing our patient engagement efforts. if you are okay with it i would like to work on newsletter part as i am unaware of loyalty program! @Anishkagupta04
